I work with adults and couples, specializing in depression, anxiety, people pleasing, relationship communication, relationship challenges, and PTSD. I create a supportive, safe, and judgement free environment in therapy. I invest time outside of our sessions in learning proven mental health techniques that create lasting, meaningful change. These approaches include EMDR, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Gottman Method couples therapy.
