I am a licensed psychologist offering psychotherapy to adults (18+) and clinical supervision to LPCs, LPCCs and LPs. I am a certified clinical supervisor with the Minnesota BBHT. Promoting self-awareness, compassion and self-empowerment is central to my approach. I teach courses on Human Consciousness - to promote "waking up" and "growing up" for people at different stages of development. Areas of speciality: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, poor body image/eating struggles, history of abuse/neglect, complex trauma and adjustment disorders.
