Currently accepting new clients. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. As well as couple’s work focusing on relationship issues, infidelity, and divorce. I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative and psychodynamic approaches, and solution focused therapy. Also integrating mindfulness and meditation into therapy when it is the right fit for the client. I also provide tools and guidance to support client’s in working toward their goals between sessions.
