I have experience working with all ages but specialize in teens, young adults, and families. Navigating trauma, family dynamics, mental health, difficult emotions, behavioral issues, and everything that comes with growing up can feel daunting and overwhelming. It is important to me to help clients move through these issues in a way that specifically resonates for them, with the understanding that what works for one person will not always work for another. Helping clients identify individualized goals and tools is important in successful treatment.
