Hi, I’m Emily Caricato, LCSW, and I’ve been practicing since 2015. I’m licensed in Colorado, Florida, and Kansas and enjoy working with children, adults, Veterans, and parents from diverse backgrounds. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and stress management. I use trauma-informed and person-centered approaches focused on body awareness and mindfulness. I’m also pursuing somatic therapy training to help clients reconnect with their bodies and emotions. I strive to create a laid-back, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. In therapy, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your needs, goals, and pace. I draw from trauma-informed care, cognitive processing, and relationship-focused approaches to help you find balance, clarity, and self-understanding. You’ll gain tools to navigate challenges and build confidence in your ability to grow and heal.
