That said, sometimes our experiences, upbringings—even our biology or physical bodies—can feel like they are creating barriers to living the life we want. I will be a partner with you as you look at and acknowledge all parts of your story so that you get to decide the narrative that drives it. I am ready to help you tap in to your own wealth of knowledge, to leave behind the tools that no longer serve you, and to integrate new practices that will help you lead the life you want. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with 10 years of clinical experience. I work with individual adults, adolescents and their caregivers/parents, and families. Areas of expertise include PTSD & C-PTSD, anxiety & depression, grief, substance use and misuse, and family therapy (for teens and caregivers, as well as adult family members).
