It is my belief that the foundation of successful therapy lies in the relationship we build together. Healing happens in the context of trust, safety, and connection, and my priority is to create a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. Therapy is not just about addressing symptoms—it’s about deepening your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the world around you so that you can break free from patterns that have kept you stuck and move toward a more fulfilling life. I began my career in 2013 working for the Air Force Special Operations Command, in support of Active-Duty Veterans and families.
