Hi there! I'm a passionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy in inpatient and outpatient settings. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan—from adolescents to geriatric populations—using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
