It feels GOOD to be yourself. However, we can lose our sense of what that really means and often we struggle to get it back. It's important for you to know that your identity of who you are is separate from what you struggle with and any symptoms you may be having. I want to help you recover your sense of well-being and build a life where you are thriving beyond your struggles. If you work with me, you will experience IFS as a primary modality-a method that is incredibly insightful. I also take an eclectic approach pulling from a variety of other therapeutic techniques depending on what would benefit you the most at any given time.
