I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who supports clients in strengthening the relationships that they want and deserve. While I offer both individual and couples work, I particularly have a deep passion for helping adult women navigate life's transitions, rediscover their inner strength, and cultivate self-compassion. Areas often found in my office are boundary work, self- esteem, anxiety, adhd, connecting to sexuality, pro partnered communication, repairing with the ones we love, and issues related to attachment. Clients often describe me as refreshing, honest and authentic. I show up with compassion and directness, creating a space where you can be heard, challenged, and supported in equal measure.
