I would like to help you figure out how to get your needs met, to increase hope and to help you to engage in a better relationship with YOU and others in your life. Lets brainstorm together. My training and experience lies in addiction treatment, codependency recovery, nature focused treatment, treatment of PTSD and trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders and psychotic disorders. I am also developing a nature based outdoors based therapy group in the Midcoast area as I believe the relationship we have to nature is important.
