Struggling to overcome your anxiety and stress? Able to “intellectualize” your feelings but not actually process them? I specialize with working with high performers/achievers, neurodivergent (mainly ADHD and/or Autism), and LGBTQIA+ populations. I primarily work with graduate students, young professionals, and professionals. I have experience working mainly with anxiety, depression, relational trauma, life transitions (e.g., transition to adulthood, stress management, grief and loss, identity exploration and development), and providing affirmation around neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ identities.
