I believe in affordable and accessible mental health care, so I founded a nonprofit 5 years ago to support our community and bring a new approach to therapy. I believe in supporting clients from a. more straightforward, yet strength-based approach based on theories such as DBT, narrative, and EFT. Together, we'll work collaboratively to explore patterns that no longer serve you and work on steps towards healing. I have been a therapist for over 10 years and work with those struggling with eating disorders, self injury, suicide ideation and other concerns.
