My work focuses on helping individuals gain insight into their inner worlds, resolve internal conflicts, and discover meaning in their lives through self-exploration. I address issues such as identity, interpersonal relationship challenges, trauma, resilience, and life transitions. As a psychotherapist with extensive training, I work with both adults and adolescents. My education includes psychoanalytic training from various institutes, and I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy, supportive therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
