I provide a safe and welcoming space for you to focus on what’s most important — you. Through individual therapy offered via telehealth, I work with females ages 11 and up who are navigating a variety of life stressors and mental health concerns. In our work together, I offer support, guidance, psychoeducation, and a compassionate listening ear. I understand that stepping outside your comfort zone can be challenging — but staying stuck and uncertain about your path can be just as difficult. Together, we’ll work to help you clarify your goals, strengthen your coping skills, and create your vision of a life worth living. I have experience working in residential settings, as well as in Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and outpatient therapy programs. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each client where they are in their journey. I believe that every client is unique, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to counseling.
