I provide individual, couple and family therapy and specialize in teenagers and adults. I conceptualize concerns through an attachment and family systems perspective and apply solutions. I value evidence-based theories and interventions and holistic treatment getting to the root of the concerns. This brain-based approach helps heal trauma, addictions, mood disorders and relationships. I have advanced training in emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and Gottman Institute couples therapy. I have practiced in inpatient and outpatient settings and own a group therapy private practice. I look forward to helping you grow!
