Welcome to Enlightened Mind Therapy. I have over 30 years of experience and passion working with people of all ages on issues ranging from childhood abuse and trauma, attachment issues in relationships, adult trauma/grief to coaching professionals to identify their blockages to achieve their greatest potential. I have a passion for assisting those who want to be rid of long-held negative beliefs, baggage from childhood trauma, first responder trauma, and want to live a life free of obstacles that are no longer necessary nor helpful to achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves. While I offer telehealth, I prefer the connection of in-person sessions and the quick growth that comes from the modalities I use such as EMDR, ART and couples therapy. Not all therapists are trained in couples therapy; I've had success assisting couples to reconnect or repair their relationships, and in some cases come to an amicable separation or divorce
