I take a person-centered, strength based approach to therapy that focuses on utilizing our therapeutic relationship to make the changes that you want to make. I specialize in trauma, ADHD, and issues related to addiction. Finding a therapist who is a good fit, seeking out help, and deciding to address hard things can be really daunting and I just want to acknowledge how difficult that process can be and to extend a virtual high five to you for being here and starting that process! I aim to be fully present and to bring my warmth and humanity into the way that I show up in session. My theory of change is informed by my belief that building connection and relationship is a significant part of how therapy can support you in identifying, processing, and exploring what healing looks like for you and changing what you want to change.
