We all want practical solutions to our challenges that help us feel more fulfilled in our lives and more in control of our emotions, relationships, and overall mental health. I have years of specialized experience in working with people who are navigating the challenges of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), life transitions, and attachment/relationship difficulties. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly understood, and supported in our work together.
