My practice is centered on supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, substance use, anxiety, ADHD and identity-related concerns, with a particular commitment to working alongside folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that our mental health is deeply shaped by our lived experiences and the systems we move through. Our work together will honor the ways you've adapted to survive, while also making space for healing, agency and change. I aim to help folks make meaning of their experiences, process trauma, reconnect with their strengths and build a life that feels more values-aligned and sustainable.
