I am licensed in both Utah and California! Sorting out the messy stuff in life can be overwhelming. My area of expertise is depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, faith transitions, body-image challenges, women’s issues, and adjustment disorders. My approach to therapy is accepting and strength-based. I believe that everyone is trying to navigate life in the best way that they know how, and that humans crave meaningful connection with others. I will give you permission to feel and accept all of the hard emotions. It is possible to experience painful emotions and relief at the same time.
