I help burned-out professionals and caregivers, anxious people with or without trauma, and people struggling with difficult relationships create purpose and meaning in their everyday lives. Mental and emotional challenges, while not always visible to an outside observer, can be incapacitating and often have a profound effect on a person’s ability to experience a fulfilling life. Therapy is about healing from painful past experiences, discovering strengths, challenging thinking, improving relationships, and creating new and rewarding ways of living.
