Hayes, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University (2003). My passion and mission are centered on empowering women of all ages to recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and build the confidence they need to navigate the stressors of everyday life.
