Life can be overwhelming, confusing, and hard. And it can be joyful. I provide a safe nonjudgemental space where we honor it all and figure out what you need to find balance and feel more connected. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Training, I help my clients work with their nervous system (not against it) to feel more empowered as they move through life. I offer EMDR as a mode to process stress, trauma, pain, and shame. I also help my clients build coping skills, shed light on more adaptive patterns, and move toward self compassion. I work with individuals and couples struggling with connection to themselves and others. A lot of my clients started out feeling depressed, anxious, on edge, and scattered - maybe as a result of a major event or maybe for seemingly no reason at all. We work together to find the tools that work for them and restore balance.
