I love helping clients explore what gives their lives meaning so they can move forward with genuine authenticity and a strong sense of self. I help clients connect to their feelings, find inner strength, and live with more purpose and fulfillment. I am excited about supporting clients as they discover new parts of their identity and put therapy into practice.
