I’m a bilingual therapist (English/ASL) who works with individuals, couples, & families navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and relationship patterns that often begin when emotional needs are unmet, ignored, or misunderstood. My approach is grounded in the belief that our bodies carry the stories of our culture, relationships, and lived experiences. In therapy, we’ll slow down together, whether that’s exploring what’s been protecting you, uncovering old cycles between partners, or shifting family dynamics, & gently create new ways of relating to yourself & to those you love.
