Seeing my family struggle with mental health and substance abuse inspired me to pursue a career in therapy. Majoring in psychology in college, I aimed to understand and help others with similar challenges. Witnessing their progress fueled my commitment to this field. Besides OCD, I have experience in substance abuse treatment, grief, depression, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. At NOCD, my team and I provide evidence-based OCD treatment.
