Thank you for visiting my page. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I was also trained in psychodynamic therapy in Brighton, UK, and I love integrating this modality in my work. I have 19 years of extensive experience working in the community and in college counseling with people who struggle with a wide range of difficulties, including mental health, stress, loneliness, grief, isolation, irritability, relationships, trauma and PTSD, childhood adversities, family entanglements, racial and cultural concerns, unhealthy boundaries, life transitions and decisions making, sleep difficulties, eating and body image and low self esteem.
