My goal for my clients is for them to build a life they find value in, which can look different for each one. In the session, we will focus on your strengths, how they can help create a life worth living, and how your strengths can contribute to growth. So far, my work has mostly been with neurodiverse women and adolescents; however, I have also worked with men and neurotypical clients.
