My name is Amanda Morais, LCSW. At Farside Counseling, each session is a new opportunity to dive into your inner knowing, illuminate and embrace your strengths, and bring your shadows to light in pursuit of transformation. Change in session is accomplished through the power of relationship and non-judgmental exploration of your inner truth(s). I am trained in a variety of trauma-focused interventions that support the reconnection of mind and body, alleviate distress, & promote holistic healing. Together we will explore new skills & strategies to manage stressors, improve communication, and build self-awareness and self-compassion.
