Going through the motions or pretending you’re okay when you’re not can keep you feeling disconnected and stuck. I help people make meaningful changes using practical, effective strategies that support both immediate relief and lasting change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, emotion regulation, relationship challenges and major life transitions. I’m also a perinatal specialist, supporting individuals through all stages of the reproductive journey.
