Therapy with me is about both healing and unlearning. Together, we’ll gently challenge deep-rooted childhood patterns and beliefs that may have left you feeling unworthy of love, safety, or nurturing relationships. My approach integrates EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, & Polyvagal Theory, which support the body and nervous system in processing trauma. One of my unique specialties is supporting parents through the perinatal period. I help clients explore how trauma and attachment wounds can resurface in all parts of parenthood and teen transitions.
