If you are looking for ways to make changes but feel lost on where to begin then my services would be perfect for you! I believe everyone has inner strength to be their ideal self. I can help you find tools to over come obstacles to make those changes. I am offering DBT individual counseling. This can be conjunction with a group or a stand alone service. Sessions will follow standard DBT format. You will learn to complete a behavior analysis chain. You will also be taught all four skill sets of mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effective and distress tolerance. Homework will assigned weekly.
