My counseling style is to meet my clients where they are at. This means that we will take a look at your life currently and where you would like to be. Then we'll work together to make short term and long term goals. During our sessions we will be exploring some of the roots of your challenges and how to make changes so that you can achieve your goals. I come from a very holistic standpoint, and I believe that working on your mind, body and spirit is very important, as they are all interconnected. As a Christian counselor, I offer my clients the opportunity to pursue long lasting change through the power of Christ.
