Congratulations on talking the first steps toward recovery. Talking to a stranger about your challenges may seem awkward, but with the right therapist it becomes easier. Our work together will be unique since no one approach is best. Whatever the problem may be, taking this first crucial step is how to start on the changes you want to achieve. I have personally traveled down this path before and have done my own personal work and transformation. This is why I respectfully feel I am in a position to guide you. I am licensed to work in IL, N.C. and S.C. via telehealth and accept most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. I am experienced in several different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, EMDR, Trauma based and existential treatment approaches to therapy. I also hold a Alcohol and Drug Certification and like to look at the historical roots to the problem with how it's manifesting today.
