I work with people of all ages, including youth, adults, parents, and families, who are dealing with stress, trauma, life changes, or situations that feel hard to manage on their own. Some clients come in knowing exactly what they want to work on, while others just know something isn’t feeling right. Therapy can be a place to sort through that, without pressure to have everything figured out. I am a Hispanic, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly therapist. I often work with youth, parents, and families, and with individuals impacted by trauma, though I support clients with a wide range of concerns. My approach is flexible and collaborative, shaped by what feels most helpful to you rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
