I believe that healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and emotionally safe. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and deeply relational, while also being structured and goal-oriented. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally, feeling depleted, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
