I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. With years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a trauma-informed lens, I understand the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and validated. I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. My education and clinical experience have allowed me to play a role in my client's lives by guiding them to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. At Mental Health Awakening, we will work together to bring an understanding to some of life's challenges. I utilize a collaborative, strength-based approach to therapy. I believe healing happens through partnership, and I work alongside my clients to uncover resilience, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change.
