Hi there! I am a Asian-American therapist and work with tweens, teens, and young adults dealing with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, self-esteem, work-school/life balance, navigating adulthood, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and intergenerational and bi-cultural experiences (child of immigrant experience). I also provide parent coaching for parents of teens going through all of the things in teenage-hood.
