Sometimes the bottom feels like it's dropping out. Like we can't stop the thoughts or fight the destructive feelings and sense of dread and meaningless anymore. The present feels intolerable and the future bleak. That's where I come in. I work with adults, teens (13+), and couples struggling with diverse mental health and relationship concerns, including grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss of purpose, creative blocks, burnout, and failure to launch. I am experienced in helping navigate sudden, life-altering medical diagnoses and issues related to loss, chronic illness, and pain.
