I’m Georgia, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over eight years of experience helping adults and parents navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the everyday stress of trying to do it all—while still feeling like yourself. I view therapy as a collaborative process. Rather than “fixing” you, my role is to support and empower you in reconnecting with your strengths, values, and inner wisdom. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I aim to help you create meaningful and sustainable change.
