Whether you are seeking therapy for creative challenges, navigating First-Gen, BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ identities, trauma & mood disorders, or perinatal mental health & postpartum concerns, in my work with clients, I bring a warm, intuitive, empathetic and connected presence. My goal is to empower clients to embark on a healing journey, discover their "inner selves," & challenge negative self-talk through self-awareness and parts work. Using a somatic, trauma-informed and relational dynamic approach, I strive to create a safe and collaborative space for clients. I work from anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens, attachment and somatic modes of therapy paying close attention to clients’ varying identities, intersection of these identities, and understanding their experience from a socio-cultural perspective. Mind-body connections, ancestral wisdom, social justice and multiculturalism are central to my approach.
