My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered principles, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. I believe that clients make the most meaningful progress when they are empowered to pursue their goals at a pace that feels both comfortable and realistic. Clinically, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, deepen their self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies. My goal is to foster a collaborative, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their growth.
