I believe in creating a warm, supportive space where my clients feel truly seen and heard as they navigate their journey toward healing and personal transformation. Many of my clients have experienced some level of harm or trauma that has created unhealthy patterns in their lives. While alleviating your current symptoms is essential, my approach also focuses on rebuilding your confidence and empowering you to experience a fuller, more meaningful life. My specialty lies in helping you identify patterns that keep you stuck and, together, working through them. As a trauma informed therapist, I use proven interventions and techniques to support you in discovering new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
