I work with teens and adults individually and with family members as needed. I also work with couples. I have over twenty five years of experience treating many different kinds of problems including traumatic experiences, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and panic disorders, and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is to individually design a treatment plan that will best meet your specific concerns. This plan is collaboratively created with you. As you share your presenting concerns and history in the beginning stages of therapy, we get to know each other and together set goals for therapy.
