I do not take insurance for couples therapy. I integrate Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and Relational Life Therapy to support you in reconnecting with your inner world, fostering resilience, and deepening your relationships. With warmth and curiosity, I customize therapy to fit your unique needs, helping you cultivate self-acceptance and clarity.
