I am clinically credentialed in both New Jersey (telehealth only) and South Carolina (telehealth/in-person). In my practice, I am focused on supporting you to meet your self-determined goals. So many times we delay prioritizing what we really want; whether that is to resolve past trauma, restore relationships, improve communication, learn better parenting practices, support our family members, reduce symptoms, or increase our quality of life. With support, we are all able to reflect on and discern how to achieve our goals. I can provide a rich history of understanding trauma, healing, hope, and change.
