Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, relationship stress, or major transitions begin taking up more space than expected. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck and disconnected, or unsure of what’s wrong, but know something doesn’t feel sustainable. I work with adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, emotionally drained, or caught in unhelpful patterns inside. My approach is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful, blending empathy with thoughtful challenge. Together we build insight to strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier ways to cope so you can feel more grounded and confident over time.
