I am a LMFT and an LPCC and I genuinely love being a therapist. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and couples navigate challenges such as PTSD, trauma, chronic pain, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles of all kinds. I use approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IMAGO.
