Grief, loss and transition are an integral part of our lives and we often need help and support in coping and navigating through the feelings associated with these experiences. When we are thrown in the midst of change it can create anxiety and uncertainty. It also can be a lonely time when we question ourselves and the meaning of life. My goal as a therapist is to provide the care, support, guidance, empathy and skills needed to help work through difficult feelings in order to live a life filled with purpose and greater joy.
